The conference kicks off with registration and a reception – including a light Norrlandish buffet and something to drink – between 5 and 8 pm on Monday July 11 at Norrlands Nation.
On Tuesday, July 12, conference sessions begin at 9 am and go on till 5 pm (ca). Following this full day of presentations, we have managed to add an extra dinner in the Gala Hall at Norrlands Nation, starting at 7 pm. It is a sit-down dinner, and although we are somewhat hesitant to calling it a “gala dinner,” this is probably the best occasion to dress up during the conference, if that should be of interest.
Wednesday, July 13, will be a day of presentations and film screening, before we will buss out to Kroksta gård at 4.30 pm, for leisure and the proper gala dinner in Kroksta’s barn. We would recommend leisurely clothing, and footwear suitable for taking a short walk around the farm’s premises. Bring an extra jumper, since we are in Sweden, after all.
On Thursday, July 14, there are again presentations up till 12:45, where the conference ends with a light lunch.
For SCOS board members, the conference board meeting starts immediately after lunch, and runs till 4 pm, approximately.
