For those requesting their paper to be peer reviewed prior to the conference, full manuscripts of up to 8000 words should submitted to scos2016@gmail.com by April 8.
For the Book of Spoors, which will be printed and placed in the conference bags, we would like to offer all delegates a chance to provide an updated, perhaps somewhat extended, and scossified abstract or outline of your paper. Please feel free to design it in any way you deem fitting – with text, images, graphs, art work, etcetera. The maximum length is 2 pages, and we would like you to format the document and submit it in pdf by May 27, at the latest (again to scos2016@gmail.com). You will find a suggested Word-template here. The document that you submit will be printed in the book of abstracts as is, so please pay attention to design/layout. We strongly recommend using the Culture and Organization style guide when preparing manuscripts.
